From Fiction Writers on Fiction Writing: Advice, Opinions and a Statement of Their Own Working Methods by More Than One Hundred Authors is a book edited by Arthur Sullivant Hoffman and published by Bobbs-Merrill Company in 1923. It includes responses by 115 authors, most of whom are no longer widely known. Montgomery’s responses to twelve questions – more details than most appearing in the collection – are reprinted in The L.M. Montgomery Reader, Volume 1: A Life in Print.
