If Love Should Come is a poem that L.M. Montgomery published in the December 1897 issue of Munsey’s Magazine, a New York periodical, and that was reprinted in several newspapers in the years that followed. It also appears in The Poetry of Lucy Maud Montgomery and in A World of Songs: Selected Poems, 1894–1921.
