Rita Bode is a professor of English literature at Trent University. She is co-editor of L.M. Montgomery’s Rainbow Valleys: The Ontario Years, 1911–1942 (2015), L.M. Montgomery and the Matter of Nature(s) (2018), and Children and Childhoods in L.M. Montgomery: Continuing Conversations (2022). She has also published work on Montgomery in the journal CREArTA and the collection of essays Storm and Dissonance: L.M. Montgomery and Conflict.
