Aunt Janet Rebels is episode six of the third season of the Sullivan Entertainment long-form television series Road to Avonlea (1990–1996) and episode 32 overall. It first aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on 16 February 1992 and, under the title “Aunt Janet’s Rebellion,” on the Disney Channel on 11 May 1992. It was written by Janet MacLean and directed by F. Harvey Frost. It was preceded by “Another Point of View” and followed by “A Dark and Stormy Night.”
This episode stars series regulars Sarah Polley (Sara Stanley), Jackie Burroughs (Hetty King), Zachary Bennett (Felix King), Gema Zamprogna (Felicity King), Cedric Smith (Alec King), and Lally Cadeau (Janet King); absent from this episode is series regular Mag Ruffman (Olivia Dale). Guest stars include Fiona Reid (Maude Craig), Chris Wiggins (Mr. McCorkadale), Lucy Peacock (Amelia Sandhurst), Irene Hogan (Mrs. McCorkadale), and Miklos Perlus (Peter Craig).
