Old Friends, Old Wounds is episode thirteen of the third season of the Sullivan Entertainment long-form television series Road to Avonlea (1990–1996) and episode 39 overall. It first aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on 5 April 1992 and on the Disney Channel on 23 November 1992. It was written by Heather Conkie and directed by George Bloomfield. It was preceded by “The Calamitous Courting of Hetty King” and followed by “Tug of War.”

This episode stars series regulars Sarah Polley (Sara Stanley), Jackie Burroughs (Hetty King), Mag Ruffman (Olivia Dale), Zachary Bennett (Felix King), Gema Zamprogna (Felicity King), and Lally Cadeau (Janet King); absent from this episode is series regular Cedric Smith (Alec King). Guest stars include Patricia Hamilton (Rachel Lynde), Jonathan Crombie (Gilbert Blythe), Bruce Boa (Mr. Harrison), Kyle Labine (Davey Keith), Ashley Muscroft (Dora Keith), and Paul Haddad (Theodore Simpkin).

A novelization by Heather Conkie, as volume 29 of the Road to Avonlea book series, was published in 1995.
