After the Ball Is Over is episode ten of the seventh season of the Sullivan Entertainment long-form television series Road to Avonlea (1990–1996) and episode 88 overall. It first aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on 10 March 1996 and on the Disney Channel on 10 November 1996. It was written by Raymond Storey and directed by Graeme Lynch. It was preceded by “From Away” and followed by “Return to Me.”
This episode stars series regulars Mag Ruffman (Olivia Dale), Zachary Bennett (Felix King), Lally Cadeau (Janet King), and Cedric Smith (Alec King); absent from this episode is series regular Jackie Burroughs (Hetty King). Guest stars include Kay Tremblay (Great Aunt Eliza), Rosemary Dunsmore (Abigail MacEwan), Frances Bay (Winifred Ward), and Molly Atkinson (Cecily King).
