So Dear to My Heart is episode thirteen of the seventh season of the Sullivan Entertainment long-form television series Road to Avonlea (1990–1996), episode 91 overall, and the final episode of the series. It first aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on 31 March 1996 and on the Disney Channel on 8 December 1996. It was written by Marlene Matthews and directed by Graeme Lynch. It was preceded by “The Last Hurrah.”

This episode stars series regulars Jackie Burroughs (Hetty King), Mag Ruffman (Olivia Dale), Zachary Bennett (Felix King), Lally Cadeau (Janet King), and Cedric Smith (Alec King). Guest stars include Gema Zamprogna (Felicity King), Michael Mahonen (Gus Pike), Sarah Polley (Sara Stanley), R.H.
