Montgomery’s personal copy of the novel, and supplements Montgomery’s text with an introduction, maps of Europe, the full text of two poems (“Our Women” by L.M. Montgomery and “The Young Knights” by Virna Sheard), and a detailed glossary, to help place Montgomery’s text within its historical, cultural, and biographical contexts.
