Overview

In 1891, L.M. Montgomery published five shorter works, two of which had to do with her return from Saskatchewan to Prince Edward Island: two poems (“June” and “Farewell”), an essay (“The Wreck of the ‘Marco Polo’”), and two sketches (“A Western Eden” and “From Prince Albert to P.E. Island”).
